We want to pass and spread nutritional awareness to the young and old people of the San Francisco Bay Area Community. We want to input the idea that even with less sugar, salt, oil, and fat can still make food as tasty as always. We will be building our main menu based on 30 % carbs, 30 % protein, and 40 % fiber. Although, we will also add foods that we would we call “guilty meals” meals in the menu that could be eaten once a week or on a cheat day from your normal routine.
